Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to return an item. For hygiene reasons and to protect our customers, exchanges are not accepted for earrings, ear cuffs or piercings.

Under no circumstances will Pangea issue refunds. A voucher for the value of the returned items will be issued, which can be used within a period of 12 months.

All shipping costs related to an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer, except when the item is defective or incorrect.
