Most of our pieces are 14K and 18K gold plated 925 sterling silver. Additionally, our collection includes options in stainless steel, titanium steel, copper and brass, with zirconia, natural shell and freshwater pearl accents. You can find all these details in detail on each product sheet.

Absolutely! Each piece you choose at Pangea is backed by a 30-day warranty from delivery. If your product is defective, send your order number with photos of the affected part to hola@joyaspangea.es for product replacement.

At Pangea, we always strive to offer different designs, but sometimes we rescue pieces that have been requested a lot and that we know will make our customers happy. Although we do not have precise dates for the replacement of sold-out items, to be aware of new arrivals you can subscribe to the newsletter.

Too easy! When you click on "Finish order" in the cart, you will see a space where it says "Discount code", there you must enter the code and the discount will be applied automatically. Remember that only one coupon can be used per order!

We ship to the entire European Union.

If your order is for Spain (Peninsula) or Portugal, it will arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

If it is for the rest of the European Union, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, it may arrive within a period of 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking code to verify the status of your shipment.

If your purchase is less than €49, the shipping cost varies depending on the delivery country:

• Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal: €4.95
• European Union: €7.95
• Balearic and Canary Islands: €8.75
